Who We Are

Advisory Without Compromise

Silverstone Strategic Consulting Limited is a BVI-incorporated, multi-disciplinary advisory firm serving high-net-worth families, family offices, and private enterprises across Greater China, Southeast Asia, and the global Chinese diaspora.

We are not a product-distribution channel. We carry no managed fund interests, no insurance commission arrangements, and no referral obligations to financial institutions. Our only mandate is the long-term interest of the families we advise.

Our practice spans four disciplines — corporate and offshore structuring, global investment advisory, asset protection, and cross-border residency planning — delivered as a unified engagement, not a sequence of separate consultations.

We are a small firm by design. Every client relationship is managed by a principal. We accept a limited number of new engagements each year, and we have no interest in becoming otherwise.

The global information-sharing landscape changed permanently with the OECD's adoption of the Common Reporting Standard. Most advisory firms adapted. We were built for it from the outset. Structures designed before 2014 were built for a world that no longer exists. We design for the world that does.

Under CRS, financial account information flows automatically between more than 100 participating jurisdictions. For families with assets, residency, and business interests spanning multiple countries, this is not a compliance challenge to be managed — it is a structural reality to be designed around from the beginning.

Our approach begins with jurisdictional analysis: understanding where a family's tax anchors sit, where they will likely sit in ten years, and which holding structures will remain both compliant and efficient across that horizon. We then design the architecture accordingly — not as a workaround, but as a position of genuine strength.

Every structure we recommend carries a full CRS/FATCA disclosure analysis. Clients receive clear, written guidance on their reporting obligations under each relevant jurisdiction. We do not issue opinions on structures we would not be prepared to defend before a competent authority.
